baking ahead
My bridal shower is on Sunday and I want to bake some brownies for the lovely ladies who are putting it together as a thank you. The tricky part, however, is that tonight and tomorrow morning are the only opportunities I have to do so. Would it be okay for me to bake these tonight, wrap them up really well, and give them on Sunday afternoon?
Another thought is that I could go ahead and bake, and then freeze them. If I do this, then when would I need to take them out in order to have them thawed on time?
