Hey folks!
I got a dozen grapefruit in the mail as a Christmas present and... I don't like grapefruit. I've tried eating it plain and I'm just not digging it. I do, however, love to bake. Does anyone have a neat baking recipe that incorporates grapefruit? If nothing else I figured I could make something really cool with them and give them as gifts, whether it's some kind of cupcake or cookie or whathaveyou.
