Refreshing Leather Boots

I let my friend borrow a pair of my leather boots a while back. I got them back this morning to wear tomorrow, but she forgets to tell me until now that her cat either sprayed or peed on them.
There's a faint smell, nothing too horrifying, but too much for my nose.

Any ideas on how to get it out by tomorrow? I'm soaking the laces tonight.
