Life update and all my slashy fandoms
Life: Not going to jury duty--yay! But school still sucks and I've got to start tomorrow.
I.Love.Pirates. The end. So awesome! I love Jack :D
Fandom: I'm back to my SG-1 roots, digging for Jack/Daniel slash. I had almost forgotten this picture though:
GOD! I remember the first time I saw it, I couldn't believe it wasn't a manipulation!! This is full-body, crotch to hip touching! It pretty much blew out my slasher light bulb for hours, man.
So, I love my fandoms. I present evidence for why my shows are a slasher's paradise.
SG-1: They give EXCELLENT canon shots and actually acknowledge slash fandom in the show itself (see '200' and all the convention videos)
SGA: The infamous Rodney/Carson kiss. Not to mention all the snark between all the characters. It's a slashers garden.
Supernatural: o.O Well, we have all the off-screen touching. I mean, LOTS. Plus all the 'gay' references in the show ;) TOUCHING. ALL. THE. DAMN. TIME.
In conclusion, my fandoms are my happy place. Happy Memorial Day, everyone!
