I finished knitting a scarf, and it's blue and purple with little blue and purple tassels at the end, and it looks good, and I was going to take a picture of it to show y'all but it seems that the digital camera is out of batteries. After ransacking my room for fresh batteries, or at least something that uses AA batteries that I could cannibalized, I've still got nothin'. So I guess I'll buy some in the morning. In the morning, after I get breakfast, after I go to the gym, but before I call the MCO associate dean lady and ask whyyyyyyyy didn't they acceeeeeeeeeeept meeeeeeeee (okay, more politely and less whiny than that, but that's essentially it) Or maybe I'll just sleep 'til noon, get up with just barely enough time to get to physics class, and not get anything done. ...Definitely one of those two, yeah.
Also, a curling iron is not an adequate substitute for a regular clothing-type iron. (It seemed like a good idea at the time, but perhaps I've just seen one too many episodes of "MacGyver" lately. You have to admit, though, if it had worked, it would've been pretty cool.) Girl-across-the-hall said I can borrow her iron, but I'm not so good with asking people for things, and the front desk doesn't have an iron I can check out... also, it's almost one in the morning, but I want an iron NOW. Never mind that all those sewing projects have been sitting on a pile on my chair for at least a month.
(My inner hypochondriac is reminding me that this sudden desire to work on creative-type projects at odd hours of the night is a symptom of bipolar disorder. Since that's the only remotely bipolar-like thing I do, I think I'm safe.)
Tomorrow, then, there shall be pictures! And scarves! And pictures of scarves, even! Perhaps even pictures of that little beaded gothic lolita crown thingy I made a while ago! And an iron! And sewing! And gratuitous overuse of exclamation points!
