Random thoughts...
Am here. Switching meds again (man I frickin' hate this) Am on half-doses instead of quarter-doses this week, so should be marginally more sane. Still have weird-ish sleep pattern, but improving, although last weekend I couldn't sleep because the walls were too far away. (yay, agoraphobia) Fortunately, I have a canopy bed and several yards of fabric that Are Going to be Something, Someday, No Really I Mean It. Also having weird dreams, but most of that I can live with. The one where I helped MacGyver fight space pirates was pretty good. The one where I had terminal brain cancer was not so much. (I lost my memory, and my ability to play sudoku. Who dreams that they can't figure out sudokus anymore because of brain cancer? I mean, what the heck?)
