i dunno stephen....i think that regents at LA is better than Berkeley. being a regents scholar is a pretty big thing, and LA is a really good school. if you want to go to grad school, i really don't think that going to Berkeley will make a huge difference compared to LA. so i guess it comes down to where you would have more fun and where you would like to live for the next four years.
