do we get the picture? okay - lol, i'm like, so done here.

Summary of the above: I made the mistake of going down to UCLA with my cello with hopes to play for the cello professor (Mr. Lysy), so that he could evaluate my potential with the instrument. I arranged the meeting a tad late...only had 2 days of practicing to prepare stuff I hadn't touched in January, and basically SUCKED in his studio. I can't even make excuses...it was just so bad...partly caused by the fact that I haven't practiced consistently since January, so I didn't have a solid performance foundation. Well, lesson learned - never do that again, lols.

Looking ahead into the future, iono what to expect. Visited JHU recently. Don't think i'm gonna go there, mainly for cost/benefit reasons. Opportunity cost from econ, u know? hehe - so i'm basically down to UCLA and UCBerkeley. I fucked myself over at UCLA with the music, cuz i was retarded and did stupid stuff as described above, but we'll see. Is UCLA Regents good enough to pull it past Berkeley's Prestige? Hmmmm...

You tell me, dudes.
