it's about a year since i watched the first season of honey & clover. it was heartwarming, i was chanted by the beauty of it. i haven't even seen the second one though, i guess once again i'm afraid that it wont be able fulfill my expectations. today i watched the the live action movie made of it. at first i was a little disappointed. morita wasn'

wahhhhhhhh Hagu was brilliant in Honey & Clover no?
I didn't like Morita in the beginning, kind of the way I hated Matsujun in HYD2 in the beginning. Probably because I've always pictured Morita (based on the anime) to be this super charming, laid back, and generally attractive comedic character. But in the end, I sort of warmed up to Morita ♥ i like him with Hagu--though I thought they didn't have enough chemistry ^^ anyhow, HAGU LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ♥

*smiles* yessss, she was~ i thought she was even better here than in the anime. i haven't read the manga though, i'd really like to but i'm not sure if it's been even released in english ^^;; anyhow, it'd be nice to compare the movie, anime and manga~
yeah, true. morita was a disappointment but the actor had a big role to fill. in the anime morita was just the most amazing thing ever. actually he was my fav character, maybe that's why i'm being so critical on the live action morita ^^;; ...but i still think in the movie he was missing the randomness and warmth he had in the anime.

however, i thought the best seen of the movie was the one where hagu and morita are painting together~ or the one in which hagu is shown for the first time, that scene had the same feel to it as the anime :3

it really killed me that they didn't do anything with Morita taking pictures of Hagu and making websites of her and stuff. i thought that was really one of the comedic highlights they should have added XD Morita was my favorite too! :3 i think everyone loved morita in the anime :3
yushhhhhhh i loveddddd the interaction between hagu and morita in the painting scene~ that was my favoritee favoriteeeeee. just about any time they were together talking i liked a lot ^^

i know, everyone loved morita in the anime~ he had the most outrageous ideas xD just like the website you mentioned. but unlike in the movie, in the anime he was rather shy, kind of like hagu even though he was all bubbly... like the kiss scene in the anime, h was at least as shocked as hagu was, but in the movie he was too cool.

Hmm, maybe I should try Honey & Clover. I had it on my comp hmm, maybe a year ago but I just didn't watch it. I don't know why. Maybe I pretended to be too busy or something. ._.
