It may be the stupidest question whatever, but ha. I don't have cooking instincts like I have knitting instincts.
I have a risotto recipe that I'm planning to add a block of frozen spinach and a can of garbanzo beans to, to make it a meal rather than a side dish. When would be the best point to add these things? After I've added all the broth, before I add any of the broth, or somewhere in between? And I should thaw the spinach first, right, rather than just adding the frozen block?
