Time Warner update
Well the biotches turned off my internet and cable sometime yesterday ---RAWR! despite haveing received confirmation from my bank of the payments being sent.
so when I called to check on it today -- they had some how managed to note a partial payment -- for March -- HUH??
I am STEAMING MAD!!
so I call customer service today....
Oh we are sorry, yes we see the full payment for March... oh and see the confirmation from your bank for Jan and Feb.... oh yes we will turn back on your service right now...
Now I am just waiting to see if they remove all the freakin late fees and credit me for teh 2 days I did not HAVE service!
oh, so if you emailed me over the last 48 hours... I probably didn't get it... especially if you got the undeliverable message.
