Sucks.
I was reduced to a crying mess during our "Real Estate" Date last night.
I cooked a nice dinner and we looked at real estate online. I admit, I am completely clueless. . . I was hoping since Pete has owned a home before and he was in banking for umpteen years, that he'd be able to give me the general process. It's fine to look at pretty pictures, but what do we actually need to *do*.
He kept talking about stuff and I was like, "no, dumb it down, I really need this fully explained." He just assumed I knew a lot more than I did. . . and he had a hard time explaining it. I need to buy "Home Buying for Dummies" I think.
And that aside, we're going to have to live in a cardboard box by the highway with the prices around here.
