(no subject)
It was homecoming this weekend, and that was fun. I think we lost our football game, though. I don't actually know, because we left at halftime, but that's what I heard and that's the direction it was headed. Oh, well. We got all fancy for the dance, but the dances STAR puts on are usually pretty boring because it's all hip-hop like and probably only fun if you do a little pre-gaming. Or so I've heard. Some guy grabbed my ass. Fun was had by all.
The parade was really fun, though. The seminarians always put on a show. Last year they were pirates. This year, they were crusaders. They had a giant castle and they were all dressed like knights, and they were attacked by a bunch of ogres and dragons and they had a huge battle. Matthis played some sort of weird monk and they were followed by two guys with a cart yelling "BRING OUT YER DEAD." It was great.
Question, is anyone else doing NaNoWriMo this year? I'd really love to try it again, but it's no fun unless I have other people to complain with. So... anyone?
