Oh lord.

Oh lord.

Was he actually going to do it?

Somewhere behind him, a happy voice with a pleasant Irish lilt was teasing him, asking him if she should polyjuice up and just do it for him.  Bugger.  No no, he'd do it ( Read more... )

((OOC: Are you enjoying threading these two as much as I am, or am I a loon? XP))

Marcy was walking through the corridors of the hospital, going from room to room, checking on patients and doing her job. She had no idea that Folly, of all people, would come to the hospital to the hospital to see her.

When she heard her name echoing throughout St Mungos though, Marcy rushed out of the room she was in, figuring it was something important. Perhaps one of her older patients just took a dive off the deep end? Or maybe there was another attack that she hadn't been told about by the Dark Lord? Then again it could just be that old hag trying to get to her.

Whatever the reason was, Marcy bolted to the front desk of the hospital and stopped, now trying to catch her breathe. "You called me?" Marcy questioned the little hag. The old bitty just pointed to the young man waiting nervously.

Turning to look at the reason for her rushing down, Marcy's eyes quickly widened and she looked the opposite way. 'Sweet Merlin!' Marcy mouthed to no ( ... )

((OOC: MY FAVOURITE THREADS UP RIGHT NOW, MAN. Ohhh, Folly/Marcy TORTURE. I love it. XD ))

Somewhere in the waiting room, a loud Irish girl was questioning a young mother on if her baby really came with the horn or if it had been hexed there, and if so, how? Apparently she had a sudden interest in hexes that gave people horns.

Oh, sweet Merlin indeed! As the older lady saw to it that Marcy was well on her way, Folly spun about, somewhat pacing back and forth with his trench coat whirling around him. He brought a hand up to push back black hair and glanced up every now and then, olive eyes coated in a mixture of anxiety and pure worry ( ... )

A look of complete and utter shock, Marcy whirled around, white jacket twirling with her abrupt movement. "Faolan!" she greeted, her wide eyes equally matching his. "N-no, don't be sorry, it's perfectly fine," that you're interrupting me at work and possibly preventing me from saving a life, Marcy felt like adding on.

The old bitty glared over at Marcy for what she'd just said. Okay, so maybe that was a lie but what was Marcy supposed to say to him? 'You should be sorry for bothering me! I'm an important person and blood traitors like yourself shouldn't be bothering me!' No, she couldn't say anything like that to him, otherwise she might end up with another broken nose and collar bone.

"What brings you here today? Your father isn't back here, is he?" Marcy already knew the answer to the second question, she just didn't want to make it seem like she was in on another attack. Plus, maybe talking about his family would make him less visibly awkward?

Marcy bloody Hourigan.

He was almost shocked to see her, that was the truth of it, despite the fact that he had, um, called down for her. It had just been so long! Well, not exactly.. he had seen her time to time, wandering about here or there, and even managed to say 'Hello' time to time as well, but wasn't sure if she even heard it or noticed that it was him if she had heard it. He was sure that she hadn't. His insecurities convinced him of such.

Anyway, after all that she did for his family during their most difficult time, he had a vast appreciation for her. She had been so kind, so caring. Didn't even get visibly annoyed when Fi insisted on singing drinking songs in hopes that it would awaken their father from his torture-induced sleep. In Faolan's eyes, she was an amazing, strong, smart, incredible woman and it was really no wonder that during his time at St Mungos, a crush had formed.

And now he was there to act upon it. Because his sister was annoying and bullied him into it.

Yes, a fifteen year old. She had ( ... )
