Aleehsa took a bow and stepped down from atop the Ravenclaw table. She had just finished a rather loud verse of Regulate, a muggle hip hop song by Warren G. She was met by a chorus of applause, cat calls and rather (she thought) rude boo-ing. Somewhere amongst the noise she heard Professor Frey tell her to sit down and shut up. What? Someone had dared her to do it and Leesh NEVER turned down a dare. Especially when two galleons were involved.
"Thank you," she said, holding out her hand to the person sitting on her left. "Never doubt me or my ability to do anything for money," she added with a grin. Aleesha wasn't greedy by nature (at least not for money, sometimes she gorged herself on attention a bit too much) but she needed all the money she could if she was ever going to start this 'rock band' thing.
