Only two more pages to go left in her novel. It was both exciting and upsetting at the same time. The book was going to end, meaning there was nothing else to read. She would of course find another book but she was content with the one she had been reading for the past.. 6 hours? It was somewhere around there. Gwen obviously had not been keeping time since she was distracted. It was very much all of the day minus the morning, the 2 hours spent for Herbology, and the remaining hours of the day to come. By now, she had been used to being able to sit for hours on end and being able to finish a book. It was really her only past-time, though it never bothered her. What else would she do? Talk to herself? No. She already knew that she was a genius, but she did not need to drive herself bonkers either.

Gwen did not even notice the lack of pages she now had as she continued to read absent-mindedly. She laid on her four-poster bed with her back against her pillows propped up by the head board with her legs crossed at the ankles. One hand was laid comfortably in her lap as the other held the book with her head cocked in its direction; the pages and sides of the book held back by her thumb and pinky with the spine being supported by the remaining fingers.
