Dorian, unfortunately, remembered Lupin a little from when he was in school. If he remembered correctly, he was thirteen when Lupin taught there. While Dorian respected him when he was younger, his feelings certainly had changed. The man was a supporter of Dumbledore, and that didn’t earn him a good mark in his book.

Adriana, however, was a completely different story.

Dorian would be lying if he said he hadn’t missed her… er, company, it’d been a while since he’d even seen her. For a teenager, she certainly knew what she was doing, and surprisingly, Dorian found her interesting enough to actually talk to.

It was a little weird, actually.

“Miss Winters!” Dorian said, a little surprised as she came around the corner. He wasn’t really expecting anyone, never mind someone like her. Of course he wouldn’t complain, however.

“You’re feeling well, I presume?” he asked politely, slipping his hands and his wand into his pocket. “Enjoy your holidays?”

Adriana wasn't really expecting to meet anyone on her walk, either, on her way back to the common room. She may have taken the long route there, but it was mostly just for the walk itself. Of course if she had known Dorian was down in the dungeons as well... she would have walked faster.

Well, it seemed her Friday the 13th would be anything but unlucky.

"Mr. Grace." Adriana said with a nod in greeting, her smirk quickly changing to a smile. "I am quite well, thank you. And Yourself?" She asked in return, raising an eyebrow slightly. It had been quite some time since they had spoken to each other - too long, in fact. "The holidays were splendid, although I must admit that I was a tad disappointed not to see you at any of the social functions." Adriana tilted her head to the side and gave a slight pouty look.

“Couldn’t be better,” he replied with his signature small smile, tipping his head to the side a bit. He sighed a little sadly, wishing he could’ve stolen away for a few hours to attend one of the parties. Dorian adored the fanciness of it all, the formality, the drinks, the company. It was a wonderful combination, he believed, and he always loved going.

“I’m afraid I wasn’t able to get away,” he said with an ironic smirk. “The raid caused a lot of trouble, as I’m sure you know. I had to get things under control, having a good time was certainly not an option.”

Adriana was pleased to hear that Dorian was doing well; she too would be lying if she were to say that she hadn't thought of him over the past several weeks. She too thoroughly enjoyed the fancy and expensive celebrations; not something Adriana would pass up easily.

"Yes, that's understandable, indeed." She responded, placing her left hand casually onto her hip. She knew that even though the school was off on a break, things elsewhere did not simply cease in activity. "I'm sure you were required for more crucial matters," Adriana added on, "But I can't deny that I wondered if you were a talented dancer." A hint of a smirk found its way onto her face then as she glanced across to Dorian.

Fair was not a common word in Dorian Grace’s vocabulary. Sure, he tossed it around here and there when laying on the charm for visiting ministry officials, but it was a very, very loose term. On occasions like this, however, it gained a whole new meaning.

Dorian’s performance begged to be matched, and Adriana was doing a fantastic job. If he really thought about it, Dorian supposed he should be stepping up soon. She was so bloody good, though, he couldn’t find the strength.

He returned her kiss quite vigorously, though he let her lead. Dorian couldn’t help but smirk into her mouth, thinking of what would happen if they got caught. This was their most public location so far, and it was rather early in the evening. At any moment, a student or staff member could waltz around the corner, catching the seventh year Slytherin playing a nice game of tongue wars with the new Auror. That danger, of course, made it even more fun.

Besides, he thought as he kissed her back roughly, it was totally worth getting sacked. At least at the moment.

Adriana was indeed thinking that it should be Dorian's turn to lead their little session but she was enjoying herself right where she was. He seemed to constantly intrigue her and she was yet to become bored with him, which was saying a lot in her case.

The possibility of getting caught had already crossed Adriana's mind, quite a few times. This was the most open area they had kissed, but at least it was the dungeons. If anyone were to walk by, it would most likely be a Slytherin student, which wouldn't be too much of a problem. But the mere thought of someone catching her snogging Dorian was all the more thrilling; this was so much more fun than simply making out in a locked private room.

It was all so intoxicating, she thought with a quiet moan as she pulled away for a brief moment, breathing heavily. "Hope you're not all tired out, yet." She said in an almost-whisper. Before giving him time to respond and moving up as close as she could to him, she grabbed a fist full of his shirt with the hand that'd been on his chest and kissed ( ... )

This was how Dorian preferred it, honestly. Open, dark, and dangerous- the ideal place for an exhilarating snog. Really, privacy made the whole thing much more conservative, and Dorian liked the risk, liked the freedom. He would never refuse a snog, of course, but this… this was what a REAL mack-session was supposed to be.

This was also why he didn’t like having girlfriends. Snogging and flirting were all Dorian desired, and he hated having to deal with strings and emotional attachments. Sure, if he saw Adriana getting it one with some other bloke he’d be slightly jealous, but only because her talents were being exhibited on someone else.

She was, however, one of the few women he’d snogged that he actually respected. Sure, she was young, but she had a good head on her shoulders. She was smart and thought ahead, and always looked smashing in dress robes. Dorian honestly thought Adriana would make a brilliant Death Eater. That respect only added to his enjoyment ( ... )

Without a doubt in her mind, this was the best snog Adriana had ever had, hands down. Dorian was fantastic at matching her intensity and he was so good at what he did ( ... )
