Rae was walking around the grounds, letting the fresh air revitalize her. She had barely stepped outside the walls of the school, but it had drastically increased her productivity and socializing, which was always a good thing.

Seeing the Quidditch pitch, she paused for a fleeting moment before heading towards it, wondering if there was a practice going on today. Although she despised the game, it was worth the suffering for the scenic view of the Quiddtich boys.

But sadly, no one seemed to be playing today, and she was about to turn back to her walk when she saw someone. For a second Rae thought it might have been Sajani, or maybe even one of her younger prodigees and headed over to drag them away from this god awful place. As she got closer though, suddenly Rae saw that it wasn't them...and that it was that girl. Wonderful.

"Oh, it's just you," she sniffed looking up at Lexi with a snobbish annoyance.

Gabriel was laying in the center of the feild in an angel formation, looking up at the sky. He had been there for about two hours and realized it was dinner time, yet he wasn't hungry. He loved this field. Playing Quidditch, ever since he began to play, somehow made him whole. He relaxed him.

He thought that also could have been the thought of sweet fruit rolling down his throat. Oh who was he kidding? He was starving, and yet he didn't want to get up. He heard a voice in the stands. He didn't even know anyone else was there. Gabriel knew it was a feminine voice, but was the person in question speaking to him?

Gabriel sat up and looked into the stands. He noticed two girls there, one a Gryffindor, and the other a Slytherin. He wasn't meaning to eavesdrop; it was just that he was caught off-gaurd by the voice that had now turned to silence. He figured it was the voice of the Slytherin, considering the harshness of what was said.

Lexi stayed in her silent trance for what seems like a while until she heard slight creeking in the wooden stands and her practical self came back into play. Turning to her left, she had to hold back a slight groan as she took in Rae Burton. Her rival for the past six years, and a Slytherin, no less. Quickly gaining as much composure as possible, she took a deep breath and gave her a quick slight smile. "Lovely to see you as well, Deborah." Of course, Lexi knew very well that she preferred to be called Rae. Her lip quirked slightly in a tiny smirk.

Twisting her neck back to stare straight over the stands, she happened upon yet another body among the pitch, what seemed to be a male. She wasn't able to make out the House robes but she looked over, squinting slightly. Lexi didn't suppose she knew him or else he would have come over sooner.

Rae frowned as Lexi used her given name. It was vile, being the name of her birth father's grandmother, and she hated the association between the two. Lifting her chin, she laid a hand delicately on a side of the wooden stands and shifted the weight, so her hips took the brunt of the force.

"Imagine seeing you here with..." She looked around and gave a fake smile of pity, "No one? Such a shame. Who would of thought that you would have no friends." Her eyebrows raised tauntingly, as she focused on Lexi, not having seen the other person on the pitch.
