Gwyn was in her chair by the window per usual with her head resting in her hand pretending to study Herbology. Actually she was day dreaming about how to sweet talk the Professor into raising her grade. She wondered if she could get the house elves to bake something for her to win him over with. Her mum always said the way to a man's heart was through her stomach.
She was pulled out of her dream as she heard the rustling of paper. Glancing up she saw Rae across the room and she smiled slightly.
Rae had been contemplating the room, measuring up people when she saw Gwyn across the room. Now Gwyn was a girl to keep an eye on, for she had good intentions, but sometimes she strayed a bit. Thank heavens Rae had caught her that first time in Gwyn's first year, otherwise she could of been socializing with those...other people.
Deciding that Gwyn could keep her company, she waved her over and smiled while stretching back against her chair.
Gwyn left her book on her chair and went to sit next to Rae. It had been a while since the two had spoken and Gwyn was excited at the thought of possible gossip. Especially if that gossip was about a certain Gryffindor friend of his brothers. It had been a while since she had fueled any rumors. Sitting down and crossing her legs and smiled her best smile.
"Hello Rae. I haven't seen you around much lately. Been busy?" She asked coyly. It was always best to go about these things properly.
"Oh here and there," Rae said flicking her hand around. In truth she had been finishing her homework so she could have time to properly socialize, but Gwyn did not need to know such things. It was not something to boast about, paticulary because they were in her weaker subjects.
"And you?" she inquired, tilting her head towards Gwyn, placing a hand on her chin.
