Lauren shuffled her way into the Great Hall for dinner, head held high even if she was running a bit late. Oops! She had never been one to care too much about time, and it was only dinner. As long as there was still food on the table when she arrived, then all would be grand.
And it wasn't as if she had been up to no good. No, of course not. Lauren? Causing mischief and mayhem? Neeeeever!! But seriously, she had been up in her dorm, being quite the studious Gryffindor finishing off the last of an essay for one of her classes.
"Mmm," She mumbled, feeling her stomach ache from hunger as she took a seat at an open spot of the bench, not even glancing to see who was around her before digging into the feast. "This food looks wonderful," Lauren said to no one in particular, piling mounds of food onto her plate before pouring herself a glass of pumpkin juice.
