With the exception of a few whispering and giggling girls, and the scratches of quills against parchments, Study Hall was actually pretty quiet. Professor McGonagall had already completed walking her first round through the hall, and was sitting at the head table, working on her own paperwork. Once in a while, a student would approach her about a transfiguration assignment, but other than that, there were no disruptions.
Jackie tied her homework scrolls with a ribbon, and set them aside, before digging out Charms for Broken Bones and Other Internal Injuries and opening it in front of her. Advanced Healing Potions for Transfiguration Mishaps and Spells for the Intermediate Healer laid in her bag, waiting for her to pull them out as well, but she chose to concentrate on the first for now. Nurse Moshanda's assignment wasn't difficult, but Jackie wanted to be thorough.
