First off, a sort of REVERSE PERMISSION POST:
Nero is approximately half demon; any person in the City with the ability to sense demons will be able to tell this right off the bat since he doesn't do anything to hide it.

Now for the REGULAR PERMISSION POST:
Nero's demonic arm, the Devil Bringer, normally glows a dull blue. When he is in the presence of demons (within approximately 200 feet), the Devil Bringer's glow intensifies, glowing a blinding blue when he is right next to a source of demonic energy. What I need from you, oh players of demony type things, is permission for him to sense your characters this way!
