on thursday i ripped out my old radiator and thermostat from my car and ordered a new radiator for $325. i opened the thermostat and cut out the valve so it is now permanently open. the car takes a while to warm up now.
the new radiator arrived today and i installed it in 10 minutes, took the car for a spin and it works great. this kind of thing rebuilds my confidence in my long lost mechanical abilities.
while cleaning out my car i found a left over UDL lemon and lime vodka can from last week. i chucked in the the fridge and drank it tonight. man for a UDL it tasted great. in the clubs with their plastic cups any drink tastes terrible, i lost my faith in vodka, even ruskies were tasting bad in the bottle. but that UDL was good. i'm a bit of a snob with my grog because i dont drink that much, therefore i can afford the expensive stuff, but hell, i switched to cougar bourbon because it tasted better, and now i like generic UDL's.
