I AM ONE CARD AWAY FROM COMPLETING MY HETALIA TRADING CARD COLLECTION. 8D MWHAHAHAHAHHA!
The librarian's daughter has TWO friends who'd love to trade cards with me so I think I will be just...giving them away to Japanese girls. XD; (I totally should have waited but chances of one of them trading away shiny cards for common cards are nil. Card trading is the same in any country - rare for rare, common for common.)
BUT WHEN I GET MY BADASS PRESENT FROM KAT I WILL TOTALLY HAVE SOMEONE TO SHOW OFF TO! >8D (And maybe there will be Hetalia day in Matsue? I don't know, I'd feel kind of weird hanging out with high schoolers...)
AND MY ANIMATE ONLY ONE COIN FIGURES CAME HEEEEEEEEE.
Italy is currently feeding spaghetti to my external hard drive. (America clock sits on top of it, looking very heroic...and...yellow.) Germany is just...being...himself, which is looking horrified and pissed off AT THE SAME TIME by Italy's actions, while holding a coo coo clock.
I have to say, I read a lot of good fan fiction tonight and that makes me happy.
I got called fashionable at work. But secretary knows I bought it a Uniqlo haaaaaa. 8;D
The girls really notice I dyed my hair. The cheeky boys notice too.
MATSUI SENSEI MIGHT KEEP ME FROM GOING TO TOKYO FOR THE SPEECH CONTEST. >8/ I WILL KISS HER ASS MUCHO GRANDE IF IT MEANS I CAN GO TO TOKYO AND WATCH MIDDLE SCHOOLERS GIVE SPEECHES. I AM MY KID'S COACH AND CHEERLEADER. GO TEAM ICCHU!
The art teacher at school caught me drawing and said "Did you ever think about being an illustrator?" Turns out we both gave up on it and she simply became an art teacher. It makes me wonder if I went to school for that, if I could also be an art teacher...I probably lack a lot of skill, but those teachers were definitely my favorite teachers.
I think in a way, teaching is just as important as being a world figure. You're shaping the world from behind the scenes, and while it may not affect things RIGHT NOW, you're helping the future select a better path.
...I sound very smart right there.
