Well then.
So it was a fabulous three day weekend of doing mostly nothing which is awesome as I had to finish off those antibiotics anyway. I did chores, ate delicious foods, RPed, chatted, and enjoyed some alone time at the lake because damn we had awesome fall weather.
Of course now Matsue is fucking COLD at night so it takes me forever to fall asleep because you know, I'm cold. Fucking body - if you're so warm, why are the feet cold?! DX
Which reminds me, get the damn hot water bottle down and use it tonight.
Right.
I am seriously disgruntled over that fan art contest I mentioned last week/week before last. Somebody won first place - again - because they have a CUTE style. There were other entrants who definitely had more detailed, more interesting, just better pieces, but something simple, cute, and apparently by someone who is well known within the fandom I am guessing, won first place.
I'm also not too thrilled with this week's prompt.
Every week it's just 8 entries. I know, it's only week 3, but seriously. SERIOUSLY.
I don't know what to do. Should I just...drop out of it all together? Should I tell the mod I think it's unfair? My sense of justice is offended but this isn't something like...life-altering. It's a fricking weekly fan art contest in a fandom that is so huge that one can simply never look at all the fan works generated for it.
What would you do?
I am so obsessed with Dschinghis Khan it is NOT funny. 8| I think I am going to have to teach my kids how to sing "Moscow."
In random RP babbling, my inner Germany is starting to shine through. He has so far managed to not kill my inner America mainly because they both like mashed potatoes and agree that beer and wurst are AWESOME. He might kill him if he keeps singing "Moscow" though. (He is also sad I forgot all my German - all 10 weeks of it.) He also prays to God that America and Northern Italy NEVER become friends because he is sure the world would explode out of sheer stupidity or starve to death because the two of them would eat everything or worse, maybe everything will turn into pasta and burgers and America would start sleeping in his bed too - it's bad enough Italy jumps on top of him when he's dreaming about puppies and fields full of daisies-
I have it so bad for this fandom it isn't funny. England and France's character CDs are funny though. THE CURE FOR THE COMMON COLD, ACCORDING TO FRANCE, IS BUTTSEX. AMERICA SAYS IT IS HAMBURGERS. ENGLAND JUST WISHES EVERYONE WOULD LEAVE HIM ALONE.
AND YES I STILL LOVE X JAPAN. I JUST YOU KNOW BLOG ABOUT IT IN THEIR COMMUNITIES NOW. SOMEBODY PLEASE POST TO THE TOSHI COMM ABOUT HIS BIRTHDAY. >_____>;
