Today was okay. I had a little flip out earlier, but I'm fine now. Things always get better as long as you go with the flow and take what comes to you and make the best of it. Easier said than done I suppose, but I'll try anyways. Well, beside the point here's a poem.
We waste and waste and waste.
We take for granted the things we touch and taste.
Such as a kiss on the lips or your hand on her hips.
And little Jimmy likes Sara who like Kayla who likes Johny who likes Brandi.
It's an endless cycle,
Can't you see?
We're the system's tools.
We're nothing but fools.
Just take a look around at the schools.
It's the new generation full of rude spoiled brats.
It's all about accepting this and accepting that.
When accepting is that last thing we should do.
We need to change the system's bad things and some good things too.
Such as the system's ways of blinding us,
And we don't even put up a fuss.
The hippies knew it and could've done so much more.
If only they weren't full of drug addicts and crack whores.
So when you look up in the sky,
And the apocolypse comes.
And you here nothing but silence in your eardrums.
And the scientists will be running around trying to solve "last minute theories".
Which they shouldn't because they've everything to weary.
So when you pass a stranger by,
Get to know them don't just say hi.
Because the next time you see them they could be lying dead on the ground.
How does that sound?
