Junsu had a favourite toy.
It was red, tiny and shiny. With a sharp silver blade that was ready to nick and prick your skin if you dared to touch it.
CHAPTER 14
“No, Yoochun! I’m not going there with you! I told you before and I’m not changing my mind!” With that, Junsu locked himself inside their bedroom and not forgetting to slam the door in his leave.
Stunned at his husband behavior, Yoochun immediately ran after him and pounded at the closed door, calling Junsu’s name over and over again.
“But Junsu-yah… I’ve promised them to bring you along…”
“No means no Chunnie! If you keep insisting to go, you can go alone! But don’t bring me over there!” And there was a loud thud sound from the other side of the door. Judging from the sound, it must be the huge pillow that they shared every night.
Still shocked at this unusual behavior, Yoochun decided to sit near the door while waiting for his husband’s temper to calm down…
Wait.
Waiting for Junsu’s temper to cool down?
The sudden realization brought a smile to Yoochun’s face. They actually had their first real fight in years! Junsu didn’t retreat back to his smiling mask like he still did so often before, but he actually got so pissed off and yelled at him.
Jumping to his feet, Yoochun eagerly pounded the door with the renewed vigor.
“Su-yah, open this door!”
He couldn’t believe that his heart could feel such happiness hearing and listening to his husband shouting “No Park Yoochun! You can stay there for all I care!” to him.
His grin widened to an impossible width and it stayed that way until Junsu finally curious with the sudden silence outside, decided to go and open the door.
That was when Yoochun pounced on him and kissed him soundly, determined to do a big celebration for this big improvement.
He threw Junsu on the bed and proceeded to tear the clothes he was wearing apart.
One look at Junsu’s shocked face that was rapidly turned lustful was enough to urge him to rip the clothes faster.
Oh, yes. This definitely calls for a celebration.
Yoochun would never say it, but the feeling of happiness to see the old Junsu slowly making a comeback in their life was totally worth the wait.
And it was quite a long wait too. For the past 5 months, Junsu still needs to be assured that it was alright for him to cry or for him to be upset. But still, most of the time, the younger man still preferred to keep his all his emotions to himself and exuded a smiling exterior instead, only yielding and giving Yoochun a glimpse of his real emotions after much coaxing and patient interrogation.
His husband tried to introduce him to an emotion outlet in the form of a huge dolphin plushie. Until now, the only person who managed to see a peek of Junsu’s real personality was Yoochun himself and no one else. And he thought it would be beneficial for Junsu to try to open up to… something else that was not Yoochun, so that he could learn to start being himself in front of the others later.
But for now, an inanimate object was enough.
And Yoochun was more than satisfied to see that his effort was paying off. With the plushie, Junsu had learnt not to build up his emotions to the point of explosion anymore. Yoochun came home one night to see his husband coddling the plushie which contained his tears after his earlier fight with Yoochun.
Sometimes Yoochun was even jealous that the plushie had its share of the real Junsu more than himself. But finally, that night, he got his share of the real Junsu, one that Junsu himself was willing to share without any persuasion.
And meeting the real Junsu, he now remembered,
Why he fell in love with him in the first place.

‘Whack!’
“Ouch… Su-yah… What’s that for?” Yoochun pouted cutely at his husband who had just whacked him with no apparent reason.
Junsu was unmoved by his husband cute act and he continued to pay attention to the road. “Wipe that stupid grin off your face! It really creeps me out!” He said instead.
The older man ignored his husband admonishment, but instead made his pout even more exaggerated. “Aah, Junnie-yah… Can’t I be happy for you? Now even the old man declared that you are 100% cured!” That exclamation was followed by a loud cheer by him.
Now, even Junsu couldn’t resist his husband when he was acting all jagiya... especially when it was quite rare since usually it was more of his role to play cutesy with Yoochun.
“Yes, yes… It is all thanks to my lovely Chunnie, isn’t it?” he decided to play along, not noticing that Yoochun’s grin had turned into a more predatory smirk.
“Of course it was all thanks to me,” He dropped his voice into a husky whisper and leaned forward. “Now, when can I collect my reward?” he breathed those words into Junsu’s ear, knowing very well the effect that they had on his husband.
Junsu tried to fight the shudder that ran across his body upon hearing his husband’s most potent weapon, that bedroom voice. One word and he instantly turned into putty. ‘Weak Junsu,’ He chided himself.
But he knew a losing fight when he saw one. So instead of dignifying those seductive whispers with replies, he concentrated on reaching their condominium as fast as he could and let himself to be dragged into their unit.
Just to jerk into a stop when he saw a familiar face waiting for him in front of his unit.
“Omonim?”
