Day 02 - Your least favorite Final Fantasy game
Final Fantasy V never grabbed me. I've tried to play it a few times, and I always get bored. The plot was slow to start - and not in the FFX-2 or FFIX sense of building up, it was in the sense of "what the hell are we doing here?" The fact that it introduced this grand plot in the beginning and the game itself wound up being mostly walking from A to B only made it worse. The only character I wound up caring about was Galuf, after his solo boss fight, and Faris, who for some reason I found to have a really compelling story. Bartz, in particular, just seemed to me like a complete blank who I couldn't get behind at all.
