I got to interview newcomer Mio Soul and review her EP, In My Skin, for Purple SKY.  She is a former biologist who moved from Tokyo to New York City to pursue her dream of having an R&B music career.  She had a lot of interesting things to say, and her album is definitely worth checking out if you like artists such as Alicia Keys and Ashanti.  ( Read more... )
