all along i thought losing weight as in kilos and grams (exercising), good blood pressure and cholesterol are indicators of being healthy. there again, there are so many things that one MUST know to stay healthy. there are other "indicators" that we need to be aware of... starting Jul 08, i will try to feature healthy postings here for creating awareness-HH's BeHealthy.
