Okay so last night we ended up going to the hospital because the lady that I talked to at the nurseline seemed to think I was having contractions. So about 11pm we went and I was monitored for about 3 hours. We finally got home and back in bed about 3:30am and I was told to follow up with my doctor today because they didn't think I was having contractions but they weren't sure. They knew I wasn't dilated which was a very good thing.
So this morning I went back to my doctor's office - I feel like I live there now. He said that he felt like I probably was having small contractions which were not causing labor right now but if I kept up doing what I was doing it could and put me on home/bedrest and brethine.
So I went into work and took care of beginning the paperwork and all that good stuff and then I came home and got in the bed and took the brethine. Everyone kept saying I would feel jittery but I just felt really sleepy so I ended up going to sleep about 2pm and waking up about 6pm. THAT's when I found the jitteryness. Oh my! It was not a good feeling at all - and THIRSTY - man was I thirsty. So now I understand why he said not to take it at night - yes it probably would knock me out but it also would make me really nervous about waking up I would think.
So that's where we are now...he's written me out for 6 to 8 weeks AFTER my delivery. So Adam...Sabrina...Hope....Allan....Tiffany....Amanda....(and I'm probably forgetting some more of you in I's) if you read this take care of our customers - I know you will. I'll be back and probably have to relearn everything that we do again. Maybe not. Everyone else at work (and you know who you are) I'll be seeing you again shortly - I will be back! I can't afford not to. Keep me informed on the up and ups of Windstream and that should keep me entertained for a while. Also the laptop and I will be spending a good amount of time together I would suppose (seeing as I dont sit still well at all - so feel free to e-mail me and stuff - also have the MySpace messenger, AOL (heatherd1978), and the yahoo messenger (heather41678@yahoo.com) if anyone wants to say hi.
