Some slang terms:
Apples and Pears - 'stairs'
Adam and Eve - 'believe'
Pony and Trap - 'crap'
Butcher's Hook - 'look'
Trouble and Strife - 'wife'
A la Mode - 'code'
Bees/Bread and Honey - 'money'
Yogi Bear - 'hair'
Peter Pan - 'old man (father)'
Mutt and Jeff - 'deaf'

Example: "C'mere and have a butcher's at this pony and trap," sneered Draco.
