"Look at them. Standing around like they belong here."
Ginny's weary of what's coming even before Ron really gets going. With a sigh she turns her head to look at the Slytherins at the other end of the platform. Ginny would say they were huddling together if it wasn't so uncharacteristically Slytherin to do so. She recognized a few from her year, and even some from Ron and Hermione's class. They stood with their heads high, talking amongst themselves, purposely oblivious to the muttered insults and pointed looks. Her wand hand twitched as she spotted Pansy Parkinson- no one had forgotten her part in the Battle.
Forcing herself to turn her back on them she said quick-as-possible goodbyes to her family doing her best to ignore how oppressively tighter her mum's hugs were these days.
