Title: 25 Assorted Haiku
Summary: Everything from slashy Marauders to Hermione discovering her magic to the lamentations of Muggle-borns at Hogwarts to Albus Severus's awesome pet.

1. (Giant Squid/Hogwarts)
The giant squid glides
toward the castle, its love
they are forever
2. (Riddle)
The house is dark, cold
He belongs at home; Hogwarts
will accept him back
3. (Tonks)
She can change, they know
Her hair, her face, her body
They don't know she's there
4. (Lupin/Marauders)
When the moon comes full
he goes away for a time
His friends are still there
5. (Sirius/James)
When Sirius laughs
James grins at him, feeling cold-
"Only joking, mate"
6. (Remus/Sirius)
When he catches them
James rolls his eyes at his friends;
he already knew.
7. (Lupin)
Remus never says
that he thinks his friends are wrong
(silence is penance)

The spell is complete
They wait, all without breathing
If it works, they live

She hears him coming
She kisses Harry once more
and looks to her death
