(no subject)
Hmm haven't updated in a while... let's see...
The Good:
* I have a cat. His name is Oliver. We sleep together every night and he loves me.
* I love my new voice teacher. Finally someone who thinks I can sing high and picks out decent music!!
* Roomates are great. The apartment stays somewhat clean all of the time which is cool.
* I don't haaate my clases, that's a change.
* We party like rockstars here... looove my friends! We have been getting really close this year and I'm pretty excited about that.
* I feel like I am really on the ball this semester. My singing, classes, friends, studying, practicing... I'm putting forth waaay more effort than I did last year.. I hope things stay that way.
The Bad:
* Gran passed away on the 5th. That really sucks and it sucks even more that I'm away from my mom.. I know she is taking it rough. BUT I got to record 3 songs for the memorial service. If you want to hear them, ask me and I will send them your way!
* I didn't make GCII.. yeah, I'm still really bummed about that. I suppose it's better for my schedule.. now I can get a job and stil have the weekends and whatnot. Maybe I just don't have a jazzy voice.. I don't know what it is but hey.. maybe I will do the opera or something?
* I need a boy. I like my independence and all.. and I like that I can concentrate on my school work but I just miss the feeling of having somewhere there for you. I'm running out of options.. the school of music only has sooo many straight guys.
I suppose that's umm pretty much it. Yeah.
