My garden has been doing pretty well! Tomato plants have little flowers, arugula is abundant enough for salads, eggplant plants are moving kinda slow, and I added 2 more cubanelles. My brother keeps burdening me with plants of his that he buys then doesn't do much with. I've got a 6 pack of string beans and a cucumber plant he gave me but I don't have anywhere to put them right now. Plus I will be leaving for San Diego Sunday and I doubt I'll have time to dig a new spot for these things. And beans need a trellis, don't they!?
Delicious arugula. I bought 2 varieties - one was organic from Deerfield, MA and the leaves are so much more tender and peppery!
You'll be tomatoes one day, lil flowers
The garden at Gino's looks kinda the same. The zucchini looks good. We're having a problem where the roots of the plants are becoming exposed. Maybe because I didn't pack them in tight enough when I planted them, or maybe because we have to water the garden with watering cans instead of a nice light mist from a hose. What a luxury.
