I've always found it funny when some one like oh, Gov. Palin, touts how good of a Christian she is. She's "born-again", one with Jesus, etc, etc.
But when it comes down to brass tacks, has Gov. Palin actually read her bible?
It is well known that she is lying about Sen. Obama.
"Thou Shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor." Ah, maybe she thinks that "neighbor" means Russia that she can see from her front porch....
Or how about the NT version
"Romans 3:5But if our unrighteousness brings out God's righteousness more clearly, what shall we say? That God is unjust in bringing his wrath on us? (I am using a human argument.) 6Certainly not! If that were so, how could God judge the world? 7Someone might argue, "If my falsehood enhances God's truthfulness and so increases his glory, why am I still condemned as a sinner?" 8Why not say-as we are being slanderously reported as saying and as some claim that we say-"Let us do evil that good may result"? Their condemnation is deserved."
I know, I know, one can supposedly always get out of jail free with a little good confession and apology to the big guy. But how many times can you "sin" intentionally and expect an omniscient being to excuse you for it?
