[Scruffy handwriting of trainee healer] Patient Report 22/06/1996,
Trainee Healer Timothy Turner: 0100-0500hours

Patient admitted 1240hours, unconscious and very pale. Appeared to have taken quite a beating, both physically and magically. Patient did not gain consciousness after having ‘Enervate’ cast upon her. After closer examination by Healer Pickard it was revealed that patient had internal bruising and a ruptured spleen, thought to be caused by a nasty fall. Patient also had traces of dark curses lingering in the body and minor cuts, grazes, and other ailments, common symptoms of a duel. Healer Pickard instructed that the patient’s blood be replenished and instructed that the patient should be watched closely until she awoke. All cuts and abrasions have been treated, and effects of various curses removed. At the time of the take over, patient was still unconscious.

[Trainee Healer 2] Patient Report 22/06/1996
Trainee Healer Catherine Baird: 0500-0900hours

Patient regained consciousness at approx. 0730hours for duration of approx. 5 mins. Lapsed back in to unconsciousness and has remained that way ever since. Patient’s kin arrived approx. 0815 and were spoken to by Healer Pickard. Patient’s condition constant but not stable enough to go un-monitored.

[Healer in charge of case] 1045: Patient in stable condition. Can be sent home after 24 hours if no further issues arise. Should have bed rest for 2 days and take potions prescribed- see file.
U.D. Pickard

I really, really hope that this has worked properly. If not then I'm really sorry! Please feel free to delete it if I've still managed to do it wrong. Though if by some chance I did do it properly, what do you think?
