You could write collections of short stories that all tie in with each other. Develop your own style and set a trend.

And there I thought stream of consciousness was batty. :D

Wouldn't I be creating my own hell? Some things shouldn't ever be... thought. If you think them, they won't ever go away.

That depends on you and your imagination, I should think. How would you know about their existence in your brain if you never let them come to the forefront of your mind?
