Thanksgiving has been survived by all involved. For the second year we held it at my parent's home in Boston, so my sister and I bonded over both helping and dealing with a very stressed mother. Last night the fundraiser for survivors of the Pakistani earthquake raised $691, an amazing amount which broke all of our expectations. I'd put some snide remark about about how all Hampshire students like to think they are poor, but I'm too happy (whoopsie) with how much money we managed to make off those same students ( Read more... )
