I'm back in Boston after a really amazing time in Montreal which I will report on further at a later time. It's good to be back, but I am sort of not excited for work tomorrow.

Freddy just called me. I am totally absolutely serious - that Freddy.

He told me I was one of his people and he wanted to check in on me. It's little things like this that can be so immeasurably grounding in times of trouble.

Division IIIWell, I'm through two of the three weeks of my teaching. Even better is I am getting the results I expected and wanted, but I'm also getting a whole lot more. Today was a beautiful day and Kelsey and I met up with Heidi, ashi_moto, and the three of us wandered around Boston and tried to get help her buy enough presents for all her friends in Chinatown. Afterwards, we went to the place where all the awful tourists go to die: Quincy Market.
