I had a pretty good time at Arisia, although it was a lot smaller than I had expected and had even fewer things that interested me than I had thought. Still the things I did enjoy, I really liked. Particularly, the weapon demos by the
Higgins Armory. Flarnie and I also went to one of the panels on Polyamory, which was really informative and interesting even if we didn't get a lot of the jokes and were probably the only non-poly people in the room. I also saw Stormtroopers! From the 501st, naturally.
I spent most of today doing my homework for Natalie's class. Over the long weekend she piled on lots of useless busy-work which I found very difficult to get done because it was so utterly stupid and useless. Basically we had to write two 'book reports' and read some articles. Bah, what a waste of my time.

The Best of Google Video, at least according to this guy. (
My personal favorite)
Google: Evil or Not: A site set up purportedly to 'let users decide if Google is evil or not' the page very obviously has it's own biases regardless of it's users. Still makes an interesting read, however.
Taiwan breeds glow-in-the-dark pigs. Nope, I'm not kidding nor is the BBC.
And in England they're going to make rabbit-human embryos.
