Crescent used to be my favourite until I found FJ, so, that's one option. The commission's a flat 500 yen (about $6.25) as long as the item cost is under 4000 yen. So yeah, it's painful since you're paying more than double the cost if the auction's under 500 yen to start, but, that's what deputy services are. Probably the best feature here is they allow you to bid far more than you've deposited. The downside to that is you can't use any of your deposit to pay.
Alternately, SOS Japan has only an 8% commission rate. I've never used it, so I can't tell you if it's reliable, but it's still a low-ish price?
Japamart is YJ exclusive, but the commission prices are in USD so you have a better idea of what you're paying. $5 for auctions under 2500 yen, $8 for auctions under 5000 yen.
They're not as good as FJ by any means. but. Unlike Treasure Japan, you can bid outside of business hours. so. There's that.

I saw that prepaid cards are quite the common thing in the States, but they're almost unheard of in my country ): Banks only offer them if you have an account with them...
o_o That sucks, specially because...I have that doujinshi in an anthology, and it's perfectly PG-13 xD It's not even labeled as R18 in the cover. Seller failure >.
