Is there a place in the Philippines(except comic alley) that sells hetalia? Even if it's fake or original? (I prefer original)

I found this video some time ago, and thought you guys might like to check it out. It's the real-life rendition of the canon Hetalia characters :D (though it must've been made a little bit early since some other canon characters are not present)
