Original Request: So this could either be a Adventure/Fantasy AU or a Human AU where England works his magic mojo power and mistakenly summons Russia...but isn't able to send him back. So, with nothing better to do (or for reasons only known to himself) Russia just keeps following/popping up around England who is being driven mad by his confusion, suspicion...and perhaps other things~?

BONUS: Perhaps the reason Russia sticks around England is because he accidentally made some sort of contract/blood oath/whathaveyou with Russia? A contract with certain...terms and conditions. Take that as you may, anon.
