So some time has passed since the incident. America, feeling like everyone would be happier/better off without an idiot like him around to mess up everything, kills himself. Right before he does, he also videotapes himself calling each of his attackers out on what they did to him, and then films himself committing suicide.
The nations are horribly grief stricken and overwhelmed with guilt, and are now trying to deal with the consequences/aftermath/fallout from what they did. Whether or not they ever actually manage to forgive themselves/accept what happened/move on with their lives is up to the potential anon who decides to fill this.
Please make me cry.
