That HRE is so cute, and the style you used only adds to mood of the picture, at least that's what I think. :)
Also, I can't see the pic of Revolution!America. D:
No clue what that insignia is though (looks like a gear to me). Sorry.
Also, may I request a Latvia mochi? When I eat mochi, I like shaking it, so seeing a shaking Latvia mochi would just make my life.

I'm pretty sure it's a laurel. I saw a Lithuanian medal in a YouTube video that looked a lot like it (huge nerd, lol). I lost the sketch I jotted down, but as far as I remember it was a laurel wreath with a sun at the bottom. The rays only shot out horizontally, in a squished X pattern

...Just found it! The video deos contain corpse gore though. The medals are at 2:37. I forgot about the double cross in the middle.

Yeah, could be; I've seen laurel wreaths in a few different Lithuanian insignia. I think Himaruya's doodle is just too vague to identify the exact symbol ^^; There probably was a specific patch the soldiers wore, though, whatever division of the army Lithuania's uniform is part of.
