"You know I wouldn't do that," Antonio protested. "Mateo is nice, yes, but Lovito is the light of my life."
Gilbert was still muttering darkly, completely caught up in his plans to 'totally humiliate those guys in the most awesome way possible.'
"What are you going to do later, Matthieu?"
"Study. I'm so dead if I fail this math final," he replied.
"I could keep you company..."
"Nu-uh. You did that with midterms, remember? I just barely got by last time."
Matthew gave him a peck on the cheek
"Then what am I going to do tonight?" Francis said petulantly.
"You could study? It's what I'm going to be doing."
"Hmm study. I have this vision where I 'tutor' you. You're wearing a lovely Catholic schoolgirl uniform, and I have a ruler..."
"Wait until after my finals and then we'll talk," Matthew said.
Francis stole one last kiss before Matthew went out.
When Matthew left, Antonio waited with that knowing smile. "No threesomes with Mateo?"
"Shut up, Antonio," Francis said, but there was no venom in his tone.
"Oh, by the way...the month is almost over," Antonio said.
With finals coming up, he'd not been watching the clock as he had at first. He'd genuinely enjoyed the nights and days they'd spent together. He didn't want it to stop. Not yet.
"A month is hardly a challenge, even for someone like me," Francis said. "Up the ante to two months no, a summer-"
"Could it be you're growing attached to him?" Antonio asked.
"I like a challenge, and a month is hardly one," Francis said curtly.
Antonio smiled in a disbelieving, too-happy smug sort or way. The kind that made Lovino headbutt him if he did it enough.
Summer would be difficult. It was bikini season, and there were tons of women just begging to be taken. But when he thought of Matthieu, it was not such a difficulty. He could manage it.
He might even convince Matthieu to wear a cute little bikini...
