England felt the color rising to his cheeks, bringing with it an embarrassed heat that he willed away. Judging by everyone's amused expressions, it hardly worked. "There isn't-" he started. "I didn't-"
"How about...delicious?" America mused. "Delectable? Invigorating?" He leaned forward with a smirk, whispering low into England's ear, "Intoxicating?"
England spluttered. "I didn't say- that's not MY opinion, it's accumulated by the citizens that voted, I didn't write-"
"Of course not," America purred smugly, still dangerously close. His breath fluttered against England's neck and it took everything he had in him not to whimper- "You'd never say something like that, would you? At least not out loud~"
England couldn't find it in himself to protest. America pulled away, still wearing his haughty smirk. England wondered faintly if he had eaten something funny, as his stomach lurched horribly--pleasantly--and his knees felt weak.
America said nothing more, just simply winked and walked away with an infuriating swagger, stretching and cracking his knuckles above his head as he walked. "Whatever," he called back cheerily, not looking back at him or anyone. "I don't care. But maybe later we could discuss an alternate method of payment for that repair bill."
England felt the need to sit down quickly, now absolutely certain that he had eaten something off. No way the strange feeling in his pants came from anything besides some expired clams. Surely not. _ _ _
