China America -- Testing the Boundaries

This US!Anon has been watching all the recent RL China/US interactions with a wary and interested (and sometimes rolling) eye. And she can't help but think when you strip away all the serious political mumbo jumbo and ramifications that it very much seems like China is puffing itself up with it's new found almost-a-Superpower status and is starting to deliberately prod and poke and intimidate the US to see how far it can push and control the confines of the "partnership" while the US does it's own thing and occasionally thumbs it's nose at China while it also tests the boundaries of how far it can push back. (Both of them with a sometimes very obvious...I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you...vibe.)
Thinking about it like this took some of edge of the situation away and made me smile as I thought about how this all could work out in the Hetalia-verse. So that's what I'd like to see China pushing and prodding at America and America doing his own thing and pushing back as they figure out how far they can go. Of course it doesn't have to involve serious political stuff make it all about silly personal stuff between them or mix the two up...I'd rather it not be too serious or angsty...real life has enough of that.
I would love it if they've also just entered into a romantic relationship (it would add into the whole testing the boundaries on a personal level thing) but I don't mind if you keep it strictly Gen/Business Relationship.
Bonus: Russia and England on the sidelines causing trouble (maybe mostly out of jealousy and fear over their own relationships with the two countries involved getting pushed to the side).
